DBWD has evolved from a one-person micro business initially working from a tiny office under the stairs, to a small but passionate team who thrive on getting our clients results. Our growing team is made up of a group of talented individuals who specialise in a number of skills that when bought together deliver all the services you’d expect from a full service agency.

Based in two business units in the countryside of Clifton Bedfordshire, DBWD is led by Danny Barker, who started the company in 2003. Originally going by Danny's name, the domain dannybarker.co.uk is still used today but with the company brand switching to DBWD in 2009 as the agency moved away from a freelance structure.

From day one, our aim has always been to provide clients with a full service offering but at a reduced price when compared to larger city-based agencies. This enables small businesses to stand on an equal footing with larger competitors who may have access to more substantial resources and marketing budgets.  

By immersing ourselves in understanding your business, culture and objectives, we align our expertise with your strategies, working collaboratively to realise your goals and ambitions. We integrate with your team throughout the process, offering support when needed, providing solutions to your pain points and all with a shared commitment to delivering you success.
